My house offers a quiet cul-de-sac location close to communal pool, management offices that include games room TV room, gym and tennis courts.

My home is ideally situated for your Florida vacation being approximately 10 minutes from the most famous theme resort in the World Walt Disney World and just a short drive from Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Gatorland and just minutes away from local shops and major shopping malls and designer retail outlets and fabulous restaurants.

Well, add to all this that my home is situated on a small lake and has a heated pool and spa which are south facing so you will have that beautiful Florida sun from the moment you wake until late evening. The pool has an extended decking area with a covered lanai and porch area for those of you want to escape the sun or for those seeking shade together with loungers and a table and chairs for ‘al fresco’ dining.

Access to the pool area is alarmed to prevent access by children without adult supervision. Both the pool and spa are heated (at additional cost) which should be considered when visiting between October and April.
